No, we do not accept insurance at this time. If you would like, you can be given a receipt that shows the appropriate diagnosis codes for you to submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement or for the amount to be applied to your deductible. 

 We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Credit/Debit cards as well as HSA/MSA cards 

If the provider feels that an x-ray is indicated, you will be given an order for an x-ray that can be taken to a local hospital or imaging facility.
