The visit fee is applied once the visit is initiated. If any testing or procedures are needed, the pricing of those procedures and testing will be discussed during the visit and prior to being completed.
This includes the cost of the provider to come to your home, take a history, perform a physical and write you any prescriptions needed for treatment.
This option is only available for established patients and the reason for the visit must be deemed appropriate for a Telehealth visit. This includes the cost of the provider to perform a telehealth visit and prescribe any medications needed for treatment.
This includes the price for the completion of the sports physical and any required paperwork.
If any testing is required, the provider will discuss this with you and the prices prior to performing the testing.

Repair of a simple or complex laceration using Dermabond, staples or sutures. Price will depend on complexity of repair. Price includes the cost of the follow-up visit for suture or staple removal.
Drainage of a skin abscess with the administration of local anesthesia, possible packing and includes follow-up appointment for the removal of the packing if needed.
Removal of ear wax and/or a foreign body in the ear canal through direct visualization and/or irrigation
Administration of medication through a nebulizer
Cleansing and dressing of minor burns
Price includes the administration of the medication during the visit and the cost of the medication.
